My kids like desserts.
I like desserts.
Everyone likes desserts.

But we like them so much that we eat them for breakfast. This three-ingredient protein pudding is one of those recipes that makes eating well feel almost unfair.

It’s about 100 calories per serving, delivers 18 grams of protein, has no added sugar, and somehow still tastes like a real treat.

What You Need:

  • 3 cups skim milk (I use Fairlife because I like the higher protein, calcium, and it being lactose-free)
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (I use Isopure)
  • 1 packet sugar-free chocolate Jell-O pudding mix

How to Make It:

- Whisk everything together until smooth and uniform.
- Pour into four ramekins and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, or until it reaches pudding texture.

That’s it.

How I Serve It:

Totally optional, but I like topping it with fresh raspberries for a little texture and brightness. I really wanted to share this recipe with you because it's quick, high-protein, kid-approved, and works just as well for breakfast as it does for dessert.
