Imagine a warm, fluffy, sweet dessert that has only 70 calories, 7 grams of protein, and no sugar. Sounds impossible, right? Wrong.

These banana soufflés are light, delicious, and incredibly easy to make. They’re the perfect high-protein treat for anyone looking to satisfy a sweet tooth without derailing their nutrition goals.

Ingredients (makes 5):

  • 1½ ripe bananas
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into five oven-safe ramekins. Place them in an air fryer at 350°F for 20 minutes. Add a bit of water to the bottom of the air fryer to keep the soufflés moist.

For a finishing touch, dust with 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar total across all five. It adds that perfect look and a little sweetness.
