I love smoothies. Always have. But this one might be the easiest I’ve ever made.

It takes three ingredients, a blender, and about 30 seconds of your day.

  • One bottle of Core Power 42g Protein Milk (or any high-protein ready-to-drink shake like Slate)
  • One frozen banana
  • A handful of frozen berries

Blend. Done.

If you don’t have a protein shake on hand, you can use milk and a scoop of protein powder. But ready-to-drink options make this foolproof. No measuring, no guesswork, no mess.

You get about 250 calories, 42 grams of protein, and something that tastes like dessert.
