Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- 2 large squash
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 can of strained peas
- 1 veggie or chicken bouillon cube (or broth of your choice)
- Optional: Hot sauce
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water (about 1/4 full) and add zucchini, squash, broccoli, and asparagus.
- Steam or boil until tender but still vibrant.
- Blend cooked vegetables with 1–2 cups of the steaming water, avocado, peas, and bouillon cube or broth until silky smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with hot sauce, if desired.
