Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini squash
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 can of strained peas
  • 1 veggie or chicken bouillon cube (or broth of your choice)
  • Optional: Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water (about 1/4 full) and add zucchini squash, broccoli, and asparagus.
  2. Steam or boil until tender but still vibrant.
  3. Blend cooked vegetables with 1–2 cups of the steaming water, avocado, peas, and bouillon cube or broth until silky smooth.
  4. Pour into a bowl and top with hot sauce, if desired.
