The number one reason I hear for not eating well is: "I don't have time."
No time to cook. No time to shop. No time to clean up. It's very valid. People have busy jobs, children to care for, social commitments... and limited time and resources.

That’s why I like this 60-second smoothie. It’s fast, simple, and packs a serious nutritional punch: 300 calories and 50 grams of protein. 50!

Instructions:

  • 2 cups of Fairlife non-fat milk (or any milk alternative you like)
  • A handful of frozen berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Optional: a spoonful of nut butter or a sprinkle of nuts for healthy fats

Because everything is frozen, you don’t need to worry about fresh fruit going bad. Just grab and blend.

Toss it all in a blender, hit start, and you're done.

In one minute, you’ve got a nutrient-rich, high-protein meal or snack that fuels your day and fits your schedule.

This smoothie is my go-to solution for busy mornings but I'd also have it as a post-work out snack.
