Stay Slim Cinnamon Rolls

At just 180 calories and 8 grams of protein per roll, these cinnamon rolls let you be a little indulgent without throwing your day off track. They’re soft, sweet, and hit that comfort food craving—without the sugar crash.

Dough

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder (*skip if using self-rising flour)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (*skip if using self-rising flour)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • Lots of ground cinnamon

Frosting

  • 6 oz non-fat cream cheese
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz non-fat Greek yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener

Directions

Mix all the dough ingredients, then roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sweetener. Roll it up, slice into 1–2 inch segments, and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.

While they bake, mix up the frosting ingredients and get ready to slather it on once the rolls come out of the oven.
