  • 2 cups skim milk (I use Fairlife high-protein skim)
  • 1 packet sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (Jell-O brand)

Whisk it together.
Top with fresh berries.
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

That’s it. Sweet, creamy, protein-packed pudding in under a minute of work.
