A Simple Yet Effective Workout Inspired by My Wife

Fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. My wife stays in incredible shape by doing a little bit of everything, but not too much of anything—a balanced approach that prioritizes consistency over intensity. She strength trains for 30 minutes a few times a week, keeps her daily step goal at 12,000, and eats well most of the time while still enjoying life.

While we were at the Four Seasons Hualalai in Kona, she did a quick but efficient circuit workout that anyone can try. It’s a three-exercise routine that targets the shoulders, glutes, lower back, and triceps—a perfect full-body burn.

The Circuit:

Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Bird Dogs
Harleys

🔥 Do 20 reps of each exercise, repeating the circuit 5 times.
