This is one of those ideas that sounds questionable at first but is actually genius (if I say so myself).

If you’re trying to increase protein intake without adding sugar or unnecessary calories, simplicity is the way I go. Sometimes that means just using familiar foods but ina new way.

This is a high-protein take on a classic cola float but made with just 2ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Cola (zero sugar)
  • High-protein ice cream

Nutrition (approximate)

  • ~42 grams of protein
  • 0 grams of sugar (depending on ingredients used)
